2. Alterations We reserve the right to alter decorations or services where necessary if the original design is unsuitable on the day of your event - you will be notified.
3. Payments and deposits
- Deposit invoices are sent out upon booking
- Deposits may vary depending on the services you are booking
- All deposits to confirm your booking are non-refundable.
- All payments are final once completed.
- Refundable deposits may be required for some services and will only be refunded if the equipment is no damaged.
We are not held reliable for payments made that are not our details.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their booking up to 10 days before the scheduled event date. Deposits are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled event date will result in the full payment being retained.
- ALP EVENTS LTD reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. If a booking is cancelled due to an issue on our part, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be provided if the service disruption or cancellation is due to an issue made by us (e.g. service unavailability, bad weather). In such cases, one of the ALP EVENTS LTD team will be in touch to discuss further options.
6. Changes to Terms
ALP EVENTS LTD reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time Any changes will be made known. By continuing to use the website after we make any such changes, you accept the terms as modified.
7. Errors with your booking
- Please ensure we are provided with the correct address for your event; if the delivery address you have provided us is incorrect, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss experienced and you still may be charged.
- Please ensure that all the contact details and information is correct. We may need this information to contact you regarding your booking. We are not reliable for any wrong informations you have sent us for your booking. You must ensure that this is all correct.

All payment plans are only offered for larger priced events.
10. Service terms and conditions
There may be separate terms and conditions for each of the services. Some services have their own terms and conditions. You will receive these with your booking conformation.
11. Hire agreement forms
You will receive a hire agreement form with your remaining balance invoice or before the set up of your service, this must be signed prior to the event set up to ensure you understand the agreement of hire.
12. Safety of your guests
Upon set up of your services we will identify the best safety options. We are not reliable for any injuries due to interference with our equipment if permission is not given by our staff and changes are made once we have left. You are required to follow the safety regulations that we provide with some our services. We are not reliable for any issues or injuries made due to ignoring the safety regulations.
